Thank you for the wonderful journal. I love this journal because it makes me think about everything I'm doing. How I sleep, eat, what people said to me, how I feel, juust everything. It is good even if you aren't a recovering addict. Maybe you should change the title. Thanks a lot, Sue.
"I love my journal.  Denise" "Great journal, but more pages would be better. TL"
"I think this type of journal is good for anyone who is trying to change a behavior they don't have to be addicted.  Cindy S"

"It is so nice to know that a business for profit doesn't mind providing some of its product to poor people for free.  I won one of your journals and I've been journaling for over a year now and I appreciate the gift.It is so much better than the journals I used before" Anonymous

"Sometimes I write to keep things straight in my mind. This Journal seems to help me because it is organized already.
Thanks for that. Jeremy"

"I like the fact that there are sections where I just have to fill in the blanks, so I know exactly what I'm suppose to be writing. My therapist is glad to hear I have been keeping a journal. I told her about your journal. I think she will like it for all of her clients. I would if I was a therapist. R.L."

"I like reading what I wrote weeks ago.  It seems funny what I thought of and days later I think of it so differently.  Journals let you see where you've been and that helps me stay focused on where I want to go.  Christine"

“I’ve been in recovery for 3 years now and I have some major issues.  Even though I haven’t used any drugs or drank any alcohol in 3 years I still have a hard time dealing with people and any kind of difficult situations.  I have so many issues from my childhood which probably lead to my drug and alcohol abuse.  I started seeing a psych lady and she suggested that I start writing letters to people not to mail them but just to get my feelings out and put some closure to some of the issues I have with my parents and other people in my life.  Then a friend of mine said I should start keeping a diary because it helps you release feelings and no one ever sees it unless you die and then you don’t really care.  To me diaries were for females.  Anyway, so I stumbled on your website when I was looking for diaries and it seemed the perfect fit.  I was a little hesitant because 16 bucks seemed like a lot for a diary/journal, but I bought it anyway.  I’m really glad I did.  It has been great because it doesn’t give you just a bunch of blank pages to fill up.  It actually guides you through a thought process everyday and the little thoughts for the day are fantastic.  I will buy another when I fill this one up.  My wife says I seem calmer after I write, so she loves me having a journal.  Sincerely, Justin”

"The information pages are good.  I read them over and over again.  T.Johnson"

"Jotting things in my journal is like talking to a good friend who never tires of you." Barbara

"Boy I can't believe you actually sent me a free journal.  when I found your site on the net and filled out the form I figured it was just a way to get people to look around on your website.  but then I got my free journal in the mail and i saw my name on the winners page.  I want you to know it wasn't wasted.  I been writing in it everyday and it helps when there aint anybody to talk to.  My mother always calls me and ask me if i'm still writing in my journal. so far i'm staying clean to, so that makes my mom happy.  i wish there was more writing space some days i just can't stop writing once i start.  thanks T.K"

"I think this Journal would be good for anyone to use.  Cindy S."

"Good for you.  Keep up the good work!  People in recovery need to feel special. Pam G."

This journal is awesome. It does help to keep me writing because it makes me think of specific things I should be jotting down. I'm eating much better now that I write down what I am eating.

"I like the journal a lot.  I'm gonna get one for my sister she needs it bad.  Ronna."
