We are experiencing technical difficulty with the members portion of our website. Our website developers are working on this problem and we sincerely apologize to all of you for this grave inconvenience. A 30 to 60 day downtime is expected.
There are three options available to compensate you for this site downtime:
- Full Refund (only applies to those who purchased a membership and were never able to login)
- Prorated Refund (applies to members who still had time left on their membership)
- Membership Extension (applies to all)
Membership Extensions are as follow:
- Six month memberships will be extended by 1 year (your 6 month membership is now a year and a half membership).
- One year memberships will be extended by 2 years (your 1 year membership is now a three year membership).
Your membership time will not start until we have announced the reopening of the membership portion of the website. You will receive an email announcement as well as a posted announcement on the website.
Members who have already opted for the membership extension via email notice do not need to complete the form below. All others please complete the form below.
